Do you need a certified translation?
The Saudi Arabian entity requesting your apostille or legalization may require a certified translation of your apostille into Arabic. Some of the most common documents that require translations are FBI Reports, FBI Background Checks, Birth Certificates and Corporate Documents. The apostille or legalization is issued as an attachment to your document which must also be translated. Therefore, documents will need to be apostilled first and then translated. Given the sensitivity of your materials, getting your apostilles and translations done under one roof is recommended. One Source Process, Inc. will obtain your apostille or legalization and certify translate your documents with very little required from you. Just send us your request by completing our Order Form. Just upload your documents to the Send Us A Job page.
Can I Apostille copies of my documents?
If you received your documents from the US Government as a PDF or if your document requires notarization then yes, we can accept an electronic copy of your document for Legalization with the Saudi Arabian Embassy. If you have a vital record (birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, etc), you will need to ship us the original document. The Saudi Arabian Embassy will be quick to reject your vital record should you attempt to Legalize a copy of it. If you are still unsure whether your copies will be accepted, send us a copy your documents by going to our Send Us A Job page.
