- Serve the subpoenas and accompanying paperwork to all relevant parties via certified mail or a field agent if required.
- Schedule the due dates for record submissions in the calendar.
- Number documents sequentially.
- Organize and label documents or exhibits with tabs and an index.
- Digitize and upload all received medical and business records to cloud-based or server-based software.
- Distribute copies of the records through delivery, email, or FTP.
- Follow up with entities and individuals who have not submitted the required documents and records by the specified due date.
