One of our agents will log in your request and email you an invoice for payment. Service will begin once payment is received.
Routine service requests will be logged in the same day in the order they are received. Rush requests will be logged in immediately and sent out for service.
Please be advised that any submission made after 6:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will be responded to when our office opens at 9:00 AM EST the following day.
Any orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the coming Monday at 9:00 AM EST.
If you have an after hours rush request please call our office at 800-668-5448 and leave a voice message.
We check our messages periodically during this time.
If you need to make any changes to your order please do not submit another request and wait until you receive a response from one of our agents.
Please make note of the following:
- One Source Process staff are knowledgeable about common incorrect service addresses for business and government agencies. We will do our best to notify our clients of any corrections before service is attempted in order to avoid additional charges. However, we are not solely responsible for checking addresses prior to attempting. Bad addresses are still billed for and any new address attempted will incur an additional service fee.
- Unless you have an open account with us service will not begin until payment is received.
- Accounts are recommended for clients who have at least one service request a month and need us to invoice them in order to streamline the process.
- Upon completion you will always receive an affidavit stating details of our attempts or successful service.
