Your Order Confirmation
Thank you for your apostille/legalization submission. Once we have completed our review an electronic invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 hours. When payment has been remitted a specialist will then send you instructions on how to forward your documents to our office.
Please note, any submission made after 5:30 PM EST Monday – Friday will be responded to when our office opens at 9:00 AM EST the following day. Any orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the coming Monday at 9:00 AM EST.
If you need to make any changes to your order please do not submit another request and wait until you receive a response from one of our agents.
You are not obligated to provide payment at this time. Please review our refund policy and FAQ section for answers to common questions regarding our services.
What to expect next
Your designated Apostille Specialist will email you the following:
- The results of your review and any modification requests to your documents should they need modifying
- Your final quote and payment instructions. Once your quote is paid, we will email you our shipping instructions
